It pissed me off when I was typing something in a low-light situation, and took 15 seconds to get a sip of water or try to think what I was typing, looking something up, etc and NO DAMNED lights on my keyboard. So, she said she\’d get a specialist and this guy came on the line with us, and he tried the same things, said the same \”reset to factory-new\” conditions and I told him I wasn\’t gonna do THAT.The chassis measures 0.78 by 14.3 by 9.8 inches (HWD) and weighs 3.91 pounds, which makes the Inspiron 15 3000 an average-size big-screen laptop.
