It’s a hefty, medium sized bag constructed mostly of ultralight, weatherproof, and abrasion resistant VX-42 X-pac, with a reinforced internal closed-cell insulation layer.

It takes me anywhere between 15-25 hours to design a box for a given bike, that’s not including measuring the bike, test fitting the prototype on the bike (multiple iterations of it to get the fit just perfect).

We’ve also included an approximate volume in liters, which is estimated in some cases and, like the dimensions, doesn’t take different shapes and tapers into account. These are the longest dimensions and don’t take into account the way a pack generally tapers down from the headtube.
